Boston (South End) – Full Time Nanny (50 hours/week) – ASAP Start

A work from home mom in Boston’s South End is searching for a full time nanny to begin ASAP! Focus is on finding the right match and there is flexibility for someone to begin through the month of September. Though this is a two-child household, care is primarily for the baby, currently 7 months old. The 2.5 year old attends daycare on weekdays from 9am-4:30pm.

The schedule for this position is M-F 7:30am-5:30pm for a guarantee of 50 hours/week. There may be the occasional need to stay a bit later if mom is traveling for work for a maximum of 52 hours/week. This is a traditional nanny role with responsibilities focused on childcare, activity planning, daily outdoor time, local outings, and child-related housekeeping. This includes children’s laundry, keeping their bedrooms and play spaces clean and organized, and children’s snack and meal preparation. Supporting parents as they navigate developmental transitions, including moving from bottles to solids, potty training, and managing nap schedules, is key. Mom manages drop off and pick up for the older child.

All candidates must be creative, energetic, and kind. Prior experience working full time with infants and toddlers is required. Those with a background in nursing and/or Russian speaking abilities will be given top priority.
