Our Placement Packages

A $250 retainer fee is required at the time of consult and will be applied to your total placement fee at the time of hire. The placement fee is calculated based on the caregiver’s total annual gross salary.

Priority Placement (Live-Out Only)

Placement Fee

12%

Of the employee’s total gross annual compensation package.
($4500 minimum)

Priority Placement benefits include:

  • In-depth Client Consultation.
  • 45 day free-replacement period.
  • Criminal Background Investigation.
  • Employer/Employee work agreement.
  • Unlimited support for the life of the placement.

Premier Placement (Live-Out/Live-In/Nanny Share)

Placement Fee

15%

Of the employee’s total gross annual compensation package.
($5500 minimum)

Premier Placement benefits include:

  • In-depth Client Consultation.
  • 90 day free-replacement period.
  • Criminal Background Investigation.
  • Employer/Employee work agreement.
  • Unlimited support for the life of the placement.
  • Non-Disclosure Agreement (upon request).
  • Complimentary 1 year enrollment in BNC’s Babysitting Subscription Service.
  • Year end review and contract renewal.
  • Up to 10 days complimentary childcare referral when your placed nanny is unable to work regularly scheduled hours* (waived agency fee – family pays nanny’s wages).

*Agency will make a best effort to find coverage but cannot guarantee availability.

Overnight Newborn Care

Referral Fee

$50/night

Nanny Rates:

  • Single Child: $30 – $35 per hour.
  • Multiple Children: $35 – $40 per hour.

Minimums:

  • 8 Hours per shift.
  • 2 Week increments to book (can be extended dependent on childcare provider’s availability).
