How do I get started?

Clients start our process by completing our concierge service application. Our dedicated staff will be in touch via email once receiving your application.

What are the concierges' qualifications?

All concierge members are fully screened by our placement staff. They have gone through our Signature Screening Process and have at least 3 references, experience in related projects/tasks, and have been background checked within the past year. At minimum, they are 21 years old, and are legally able to work in the US.

What is your Cancellation/Change Policy?

If you must cancel or change hours scheduled with your concierge, please let them know directly. If you would like to cancel your concierge subscription, please be in touch with us at least 4 business days prior to your next renewal date.

Is it possible to always have the same concierge?

We will always try our best to provide consistency with the concierge we provide to you. However, we cannot guarantee the same person will be available for extended periods of time based on their own schedules.

Can I interview the concierge ahead of time?

For concierge services, there is no interview process. You will be matched with someone who is ready to collaborate with you to make life easier. However, we will provide you with a bio that has information about the personality and experience of the concierge member. You may also communicate in advance of scheduling concierge hours to familiarize yourselves with each other.

Can I make arrangements directly with the concierge?

Yes, you may book hours with your concierge directly, though you must report which hours the concierge will be working/has worked to BNC.

What does your background check include?

Our background check covers: a comprehensive criminal history, criminal history checks in each county that the subject has resided in, federal criminal history checks in each state the subject has resided in, the sex offender registry, the national security watch list, and a driving record check (if applicable).

What areas do you serve?

The entirety of Boston and the Greater Boston Area and beyond. Specific towns include: Cambridge, Somerville, Medford, Malden, Winthrop, Arlington, Watertown, Waltham, Brookline, Newton, Wellesley, Needham, Dedham, Milton, Quincy, Braintree, Weymouth, Hingham, Cohasset, Duxbury, Canton, Norwood, Westwood, Medfield, Dover, Sherborn, Wayland, Weston, Framingham, Lincoln, Maynard, Lexington, Bedford, Concord, Carlisle, Woburn, Stoneham, Wakefield, Lynnfield, Burlington, Sharon, Natick, Belmont, Acton, Melrose, Winchester, Marshfield, Scituate, Westborough, Ashland, Hamilton, and beyond. How do I pay?

For concierge subscription services, we will keep a valid credit card number on file and automatically debit the card on the same date each month for the agency fee. Please note that you are responsible for paying the concierge their hourly rate directly for all hours worked at the time of coverage.

What should I expect to pay a concierge?

Concierge rates are a flat rate of $35/hr with some exceptions based on specific projects and concierge professionals. You may also need to reimburse for parking.

How far in advance do I need to request a concierge?

Once you are matched with a concierge, you may schedule the hours allotted in your subscription package with them directly. When scheduling those hours, please let the agency know what you decided upon. For last minute needs, we will do our best to fulfill your requests.

What if I decide to hire a concierge on a permanent basis?

If you love a concierge member, we will gladly assist you in hiring them on permanently. Our placement fee will apply.
