Melrose – Full Time Infant Nanny (40 hours/week) – Flexible Start

A lovely first time mom in Melrose is searching for a full time nanny to begin as soon as the right match is found, with flexibility to begin between now and August! Care will be for her sweet infant son, who is currently 4 months old.

The schedule for this position is M-F 9am-5pm for a guarantee of 40 hours/week. The ability to flex up on occasion, with notice, is preferred. This role is baby-centric and includes all aspects of thoughtful care, maintaining a healthy schedule, spending time outdoors on a daily basis as long as the weather allows, planning developmentally appropriate activities, and going on outings and adventures. Other tasks include baby laundry, meal preparation, bottle preparation and sterilization, keeping the nursery clean and organized, and general tidying throughout the day.

Mom works from home and hopes to be a true partner in caregiving, so candidates who are proactive, dependable, communicative, and confident in supporting a new parent are highly encouraged to apply. Significant, recent professional infant experience is required. There is a no screen policy in this household and candidates must be comfortable letting the small dog out for the occasional break during the day. Candidates must be fully vaccinated.
