Greater Boston Area – Rotational Nanny ($100k+/year) – Spring Start

A work from home, involved dad based in the Greater Boston area and Florida is searching for an efficient, detail-oriented rotational nanny/household assistant beginning in the Spring! Finding the right match is paramount. Prior experience in a high net worth household is preferred. The salary may be negotiable for career nannies with a history of multi-year commitments. Having use of their primary residence for off weeks within driving distance of Boston or Palm Beach, Florida is a must for all candidates.

The core schedule for this position is one week on, one week off with most care falling during the daytime, awake hours. When traveling outside New England, the schedule shifts to two weeks on/two weeks off (occasionally three weeks on/off). Key aspects and responsibilities of this role include caring for one child, managing all activity planning, transportation, and child-related housekeeping. During school hours, household assistant duties come into play and the candidate will be responsible for family errands, healthy meal planning/preparation, and household laundry. Other duties may include travel packing/unpacking, preparing for special events, keeping the kitchen and household well stocked, and ensuring a general sense of organization and tidiness around the home at the end of each day.

A strong understanding of developmental milestones and the ability to maintain a high degree of safety are musts for success in this position! This family values emotional intelligence and is looking forward to meeting candidates who enjoy travel just as much. Comfort with swimming is important. Candidates must be fully vaccinated, including the COVID vaccine.
