Cambridge – Full Time Nanny/Educator (40 hours/week) – ASAP Start

An education-focused family in Porter Square is searching for a full time nanny/educator to begin as soon as the right match is found. They have two children, ages 4 and 10 months. The older child is in a program during the school year.

The schedule for this position is M-F 9am-5pm for a guarantee of 40 hours/week. Care will be focused primarily on the baby. The older child will be home in the afternoons and on no-school days. Responsibilities include lesson planning, providing enriching, developmentally appropriate, curriculum-based activities, fostering creativity and independence, spending time outdoors, and maintaining a consistent, healthy routine. As time allows, additional duties include heating up children’s meals, children’s laundry, and keeping play areas and bedrooms organized and tidy.
