Needham – Full Time Infant Nanny (40 hours/week) – Flexible Start

A lovely family in Needham is searching for a loving full time nanny to begin as soon as the right match is found! Care is for one child, a 10 month old baby.

The schedule for this position is M-F 10am-6pm OR 9am-5pm for a guarantee of 40 hours/week. Responsibilities include all aspects of childcare, including planning and facilitating developmentally appropriate and educational activities and outings, maintaining a healthy, consistent schedule, child meals and laundry, keeping the nursery and play spaces organized, and general tidying throughout the day.

Someone with a warm and easygoing personality would be the best match for this family! Confidence working independently and in collaboration with mom, who stays at home, is important, making for a team-oriented approach. A proactive approach, taking initiative, and willingness to pitch in with some household tasks while mom is out with the baby will be especially appreciated.
