Wellesley – Spanish-Speaking Part Time Nanny/Family Assistant (25 hours/week) – Flexible Start

A sweet family located in Wellesley is searching for a part time nanny/family assistant to begin as soon as the right match is found. They have 3 children, ages 11, 8, and 5 years old. All candidates must speak Spanish.

The schedule for this position is M-F 12pm-5pm pm for a guarantee of 25 hours/week. Duties of this role include school pick up (school is within walking distance), packing lunches, organizing backpacks, and managing the after school routine. The ideal candidates will plan developmentally appropriate activities and outings. While the children are in school, responsibilities include running errands, grocery shopping, preparing family meals approximately three times per week, tackling organizational projects (playrooms, closets), managing recycling, running/emptying the dishwasher, and assisting with light housekeeping tasks. No major cleaning is required as the family has a bi-weekly cleaning service.

All candidates must be organized, proactive, and comfortable taking initiative! A personality that is confident in setting boundaries yet still able to keep things fun and lighthearted is perfect for this role. The ability to connect with children at each stage and meet them where they’re at is imperative. Spanish speakers are encouraged to apply!
