- Start: September 2nd

- Driving: Driver’s license + car required. Car available for use during the shift.
- Schedule: Needed coverage hours are M-F 7am-7pm and Sat/Sun 9am-5pm. Each nanny will have a 4 day schedule which includes 3 weekdays and 1 weekend day, with exact division based on candidate preference for a guarantee of 38-40 hours/week.
- As the family spends summers at their Cape home, weekend shifts are only worked from September through part of June.
- Occasional overnights, with advance notice, will be requested when parents travel independently.
- Pets: 2 friendly Cocker Spaniels
- Travel: Required. 2-3 weeks per year, ideally with summers in Mashpee. Travel can be split between both nannies as the family has flexibility there.
- Salary: $34-38/hr (depending on experience) + negotiable healthcare reimbursement + a generous PTO package including 3 weeks of paid vacation, extra paid holidays, and paid sick days!

An ultra high net worth family who will soon be relocating to Weston is looking to two full time nannies with complementary schedules to begin September 2nd! Care will be for three children, ages 9.5, 5.5, and 1.5. The older children attend full day school.
Coverage hours are M-F 7am-7pm and Sat/Sun 9am-5pm which will be split between both nannies so each schedule includes 3 weekdays and 1 weekend day for 38-40 guaranteed hours/week each. Exact division will be based on candidate preference. Overnights will be requested with advance notice when parents travel independently. This is a fully staffed household, so the priority for the nanny team is childcare. Responsibilities include activity planning, outings, transportation, and facilitating the before/after school routines. Minimal child-related light housekeeping and light snack/meal preparation may be requested during downtime. The family’s dogs may require being let in/out for potty breaks. Weekend shifts will have a more divide and conquer approach with parents and grandparents in order to have 1:1 time with each child.
The family has a summer home in Mashpee and a more relaxed schedule from June-August. It is currently anticipated that the nannies will alternate 40 hour, M-F work weeks on the Cape (i.e. one week on/one week off, no weekend shifts) and a private apartment will be provided for their stay. All candidates must be confident swimmers and enjoy the outdoors, as time by the pool or on the beach will make up a large part of the day. The ability to travel 2-3 weeks during the school year to other locations is desired.
The goal is for both nanny hires to build a true partnership in order to provide continuous support to the family, which includes managing their individual schedules to switch days/hours when needed for personal appointments and vacation time. Prior long-term nanny experience is required, alongside a clean driving record and high engagement and energy levels.
