- Salary: $100,000-150,000/year + a generous PTO package that includes 40 hours of sick time and 4 weeks of paid vacation time (two weeks must be scheduled in July or August)!

A private driver is needed for an ultra high net worth client in Weston beginning in early fall! This role is primarily focused around a business executive who works in Back Bay when not traveling. The schedule is variable, not to exceed 40 hours/week. Each week will have 2 (or more) days off). Base schedule is set at least 1 week in advance. Typical hours are scheduled between 8am-6:30pm on weekdays, plus 1-2 potential evening commitments any day of the week for events. Hours are typically not contiguous (i.e. 8:30am-10:30am and 4pm-6pm). Excluding days off, on days when driving hours are not scheduled, “on-call” availability will be expected within reason, beginning at 8am. Summer schedule is typically lighter with only 1-3 days/week needed, based in New Seabury. Hours may be scheduled on certain holidays. This role offers 40 hours of paid sick time and 4 weeks of vacation time (two weeks must be scheduled in July or August).
Additional responsibilities include overseeing car maintenance, such as making service appointments and maintaining current inspection status, ensuring the vehicle is clean and fueled, and occasional personal errands. All candidates must have professional private driving experience, either for an individual client or transportation company (i.e. a livery service), a clean driving record, and be willing to undergo drug testing. Experience solely with rideshare services such as Lyft or Uber is not sufficient. Ideal candidates are mindful about confidentiality, punctual, and reliable, with prior experience providing transportation in urban environments.
