Wayland/Lincoln – Part Time Nanny/Household Manager (24 or 31 hours/week) – Flexible Start

Co-parents who live less than 1 mile apart are seeking a part time nanny/household assistant to support their family at both of their homes, with one parent living in Wayland and the other in Lincoln. They have 2 children, ages 11 and 7 years old.

The schedule for this position is W-F 11am-7pm, plus an optional Saturday shift of 10am-5pm if desired for a guarantee of 24 or 31 hours/week. This is a hybrid nanny/household assistant role, with household duties including snack and meal preparation, packing lunches for the next day, household laundry support, occasionally taking the dog for a walk, grocery shopping and other errands, organizational projects, keeping the pantry well stocked, and general tidying. Childcare duties include bringing the girls to activities, facilitating playdates, homework supervision as needed, and helping to keep them on task.
