Somerville – Full Time Infant Nanny (4 day schedule, 32 hours/week) – November Start

A super sweet family in Somerville is searching for a kind, loving nanny to begin in November. They will be welcoming their first baby in August, who will be about 3 months old when this position begins.

The schedule for this position is a fantastic 4 day schedule of M-Th 9am-5pm for a guarantee of 32 hours/week as of January, but a schedule of any 3 days during November and December is strongly preferred. This is a baby-centric role that includes planning developmentally appropriate activities, going on outings, spending time outdoors as often as possible, bottle preparation and sterilization, household laundry, simple family meal support (boiling pasta, chopping veggies, etc.), making sure nursery and play spaces are neat, and general tidying. Driving is not required for this position, but garage parking is available if candidates prefer driving to arrive.

The family is excited to meet candidates who have prior professional experience caring for infants and are comfortable trekking up and down the flights of stairs in their townhouse. Both parents work largely out of the home, but will work from home on occasion. Candidates must be fully vaccinated and open to receiving future COVID boosters.
