A wonderful family in Somerville is searching for a thoughtful full time nanny/household assistant to begin as soon as the right match is found. You’ll work with 3 children, ages 9, 5, and 4, who all attend school during the day.

The base schedule for this position is M/W 7am-6pm, plus Tu/Th/F from 7am-9am and 2pm-6pm for a guarantee of 40 hours/week. More hours are likely in the summer weeks next year. Responsibilities include managing the morning routine, preparing breakfast, school drop off/pick up, planning enriching and age appropriate activities and outings, family laundry, simple family meal preparation (recipes provided), organizational projects, cleaning out backpacks, organizing sports equipment, grocery runs, keeping household items stocked, errands, loading/unloading the dishwasher, making beds, and general tidying as you move throughout the day.
