South Boston – Part Time Infant Nanny (27 hours/week, 3 day schedule) – December 16th Start

A lovely family in South Boston is searching for a 3 day/week nanny to begin on December 16th! They are first time parents to a baby girl who will be a little over 2 months old when this position begins. If driving to arrive, on-street parking near the family’s home is generally plentiful.

The schedule for this position is Tu-Th 8am-5pm for a guarantee of 27 hours/week. This role is focused around the baby, including thoughtful infant care, maintaining a healthy eat/sleep schedule, spending time outside as the weather allows, baby laundry, meal preparation when applicable, bottle preparation and sterilization, keeping the nursery and play areas clean, and general tidying.

Prior infant experience is required. One parent works primarily from home but travels for roughly two weeks per month. The family is excited to welcome someone who is creative and incorporates solid child development knowledge into activities and teachable moments. They hope to hire a nanny who enjoys exploring, embraces new experiences, and is excited to grow alongside the family. The ability to travel or occasionally stay overnight is preferred, but not required.
