Needham – Full Time Nanny (47 hours/week) – ASAP Start

A lovely family in Needham is searching for a full time nanny to begin as soon as the right match is found. They have a 3 year old and a 5 month old.

The schedule for this position is M-Th 8am-6pm and F 9am-5pm for a guarantee of 47 hours/week. Duties include all aspects of childcare, planning developmentally enriching activities and outings, maintaining a healthy schedule, bottle preparation and sterilization, children’s meals, children’s laundry, keeping play spaces tidy and organized, ensuring children’s items are well stocked, and general tidying.

Prior professional infant experience is required. Candidates who are safety-conscious, positive, and supportive are great matches for this family! Strong communication skills are a must, as is a collaborative mindset and a team-oriented approach. Showing initiative and remaining proactive are important. Both parents work hybrid schedules and will spend some days working from home each week.
