Needham – Full Time Nanny/Household Manager (40 hours/week) – ASAP Start

A busy Needham family is searching for a full time nanny/household manager to begin as soon as the right match is found! They have 2 children, ages 10 and 8, who are in school until the afternoon with an early release on Fridays.

The schedule for this position is M-F 10:30am-6:30pm for 40 guaranteed hours/week. Childcare responsibilities include school pick up, driving to activities, and managing the afternoon/early evening routine. Household duties include errands (dry cleaning, taking the vehicle in for inspection, etc.), heating up dinner, grocery shopping, keeping household items stocked, overseeing contractors/maintenance as needed, organizational projects, loading/unloading the dishwasher, family laundry, and keeping closets, kids’ bedrooms, and general areas organized and tidy.

Ideal candidates approach every day with joy, value open communication, and are safety-conscious. Those who are proactive, notice when things need to be done, and are wiling to jump in where needed are highly encouraged to apply! They are excited to meet someone who will respect their preference for no screen time and practice good hygiene. One parent works primarily from home in a separate office space. Candidates must be fully vaccinated and willing to receive an annual flu vaccine and COVID boosters as needed.
