Needham – Full Time Infant Nanny (40 hours/week) – December/January Start

A lovely Needham family is searching for a professional, experienced full time nanny to begin in December or early January! They will welcome their first child in July, so he will be 5 months old by the time this position starts.

The schedule for this position M-F 9am-5pm for a guarantee of 40 hours/week. This is a baby-centric role that includes planning developmentally appropriate activities, going on outings, spending time outdoors as often as possible, bottle preparation and sterilization, child meals when table ready, child laundry, making sure nursery and play spaces are neat, well stocked, and organized, and general tidying.

Ideal candidates for this family are flexible, kind, and able to offer tips and advice on best practices, meaning a team mentality is the key to success here. Attentive candidates who will follow the baby’s cues to help establish a healthy eat/sleep/play routine would be a great fit. There is an independent older child in the home on occasion. T-dap and a yearly flu shot are required.
