Milton – Afterschool Nanny (up to 30 hours/week) – ASAP Start

A loving, emotionally intelligent family in Milton is searching for an afterschool nanny with optional household assistant hours to begin ASAP! They’re excited to find the right match to work with their 3 children, ages 13, 11, and 8.

The core schedule is M/Tu/Th/F 2:30pm-6:30pm and W 2:30pm-7:30pm (21 guaranteed hours), but for more hours, Tuesday’s shift can be 7:30am-6:30pm (28 guaranteed hours) and a Thursday shift of 7:30am-9:30am can be added (30 guaranteed hours) if candidate prefers. The primary role is focused on the youngest child, including afterschool care, transportation to/from activities, providing a healthy snack, and allowing for time to play/decompress. School pickups for the older two children may be incorporated some days (mom manages most), and daily homework support and children’s dinner preparation round out the shift. For candidates interested in more hours, additional tasks can include laundry (children’s or household), family errands, additional culinary support, and/or organization projects. There is a well-trained mini goldendoodle in the home who requires a short daily walk each afternoon.

Ideal candidates have a strong interest in connecting with school aged children and building long-term relationships. Those who can support them in strengthening their organization and time management skills are highly sought after. The youngest is in a French immersion program, so knowledge of French and those who are avid skiers and/or lacrosse fans are a plus! All candidates must have a reliable vehicle for work use and be seeking a long-term commitment.
