Lexington – Full Time Nanny (34-40 hours/week) – November Start

A busy Lexington family is searching for a long-term, loving nanny to begin in November! They have a polite 2.5 year old who loves to “help” around the house as well as a newborn!

The schedule for this position is Tu-F 10am-6:30pm (34 guaranteed hours/week), then shifts in January to be Tu-F 8am-6pm (40 guaranteed hours/week). Duties of this role begin with some household support until infant care is required, as the older child is in a preschool program, which include loading/unloading the dishwasher, children’s laundry, grocery shopping, child-related errands, organizing children’s rooms and play spaces, bottle preparation, breast pump sterilization, providing developmentally appropriate activities, and getting outdoors as the weather permits. Other responsibilities include managing the children’s dinner routine and associated clean up and packing lunches for the next morning.

Energetic, patient candidates with prior experience caring for infants as well as older siblings are highly encouraged to apply! The family hopes for some assistance with potty training and sleep guidance. Working collaboratively as well as independently will be aspects of this position. Proactive candidates who are able to successfully take the reins after onboarding are perfect matches. Candidates must be fully vaccinated (T-dap and flu).
