Boston (Downtown) – Full Time Infant Nanny (40 hours/week) – Early/Mid-October Start

A young family located in downtown Boston is searching for a long-term, full time nanny to begin in October! Care will be for their smiley 4 month old son. The family has private parking available and prefers candidates who drive/have a car of their own.

The schedule for this position is M-F 9am-5pm or 8:30am-4:30pm for 40 guaranteed hours/week. An end time of 7/8pm will be needed 1-3 times per month to accommodate for parent work commitments. Responsibilities are baby-focused and include all aspects of infant care, planning developmentally appropriate activities and outings, creating/maintaining a healthy feeding/nap schedule, and child-related housekeeping (baby laundry, bottle washing, keeping the nursery organized, etc.). Light family meal preparation, such as cleaning/cutting up produce, and/or occasional household laundry support as time allows would be appreciated, but is not required.

Prior professional experience caring for infants is required. A proactive communication style, approachable demeanor, and collaborative partnership is what the family is hoping to find in their nanny! They aim to foster a relationship where someone is not afraid to ask clarifying questions and make suggestions on best practices. Candidates must be fully vaccinated, including a current T-dap vaccine and an annual flu shot. A current COVID booster is preferred.
