Dover – Part Time Morning Nanny (20 hours/week) – ASAP Start

A lovely Dover family is searching for a part time morning nanny to begin as soon as the right match is found! They have 2 children, ages 3 and 1, and a newborn on the way with a due date of early September.

The schedule for this position is M-F 8:30am-12:30pm for a guarantee of 20 hours/week. This is a collaborative role that includes all aspects of care for the children (rarely all three at once), including activity planning, spending time outdoors, coming up with creative play ideas, preparing snacks and lunch, children’s laundry, loading/unloading the dishwasher, keeping up with their nap routines, ensuring the nursery and bedrooms are clean and well-stocked, emptying diaper pails, and general tidying throughout the day.

Candidates who are warm, reliable, and calm will mesh swimmingly with this family. They strive to have consistency and hope their nanny will act as a true extension of them. Prior experience working with children in these ages and stages is a must. Mom will be home on maternity leave, so comfort in working collaboratively with her is necessary. Proactive nannies who are happy to jump in when and where help is needed are highly encouraged to apply! Both parents work from home in separate office spaces.
