A client in Concord is seeking a full time nanny for their children beginning ASAP. They have 2 sons, ages 11 and 7.5.
A sample schedule for this position is M/Tu/Th/F from 1/2pm-8/8:30pm and W 12pm-8/8:30pm (35 guaranteed hours/week), but the critical hours include after school coverage through bedtime (3pm-8/8:30pm), with the exact configuration based on candidate preference. Up to 40 guaranteed hours is an option for the right match. Key responsibilities include daily school pick ups at 3:30pm (early release on Wednesdays is at 12:30pm), transportation to/from activities, homework supervision, playdates, and managing the evening routines. Household responsibilities include children’s dinner preparation, packing school lunches, loading/unloading the dishwasher, children’s laundry, and general tidying. Occasional light errands and/or organization projects may also be requested.
Ideal candidates are caring, empathetic, kind, and emotionally intelligent. Prior experience with school aged children is a plus.
