Concord – Full Time Household Manager/Nanny (35-40 hours/week) – Flexible Start

A flexible and sweet Concord family is seeking a communicative, open-minded household manager/nanny to join them as soon as the right match is found! They have an adorable 2 year old daughter who is good-natured and loves to bop around the playground.

The ideal schedule for this position is M-F 7:30/8am-3/4pm for a guarantee of 35-40 hours/week, based on candidate preference. An occasional date night and an overnight once or twice per year would be preferred, but are not required. As this is a hybrid role, roughly 3-4 hours per day should be spent engaging in age appropriate activities with the family’s 2 year old, assisting with meal and snack time, and spending time outdoors as often as possible. When not spending time with the toddler, duties include weekly family meal planning and preparation, grocery shopping, errands, organizational tasks, keeping items fully stocked, household laundry and linens, and assisting wherever needed when these flexible parents are enjoying time with their daughter. The willingness to dig into the family’s garden and a true love for spending time outdoors would be a wonderful complement to this family!

Nannies who speak fluent toddler and are loving, gentle, and communicative in the way they operate are highly encouraged to apply – the family would love to meet you! Willingness to travel to the Cape for part of the summer would be wonderful, but is not required. Candidates who have a safe driving record will be given first priority.
