Brookline – Part Time Nanny (12.5, 16.25, or 20-30 hours/week) – ASAP Start

A lovely Brookline family is searching for a part time nanny or a 20-30/week nanny/household assistant to begin ASAP! Care is for 2 children, ages 6 and 3, who both attend school during the day.

For the childcare role, a 16.25 hour guarantee (M-F 7:45am-8:30am and 3:30pm-6pm) or a 12.5 hour guarantee (M-F 3:30pm-6pm) is possible. For a larger role with mixed responsibilities, 20-30 hour schedules can be considered, such as M-F 12/1/2pm-6pm or M-F 7am-9am and 2pm-6pm. The morning shift includes getting the girls ready and off to school, and the afternoon shift begins with school pick up and continues with spending fun time at home, doing activities, and keeping them safe. A larger role would incorporate household duties while they are in school, such as laundry, meal preparation, grocery shopping, receiving deliveries, loading/unloading the dishwasher, running errands, organizational projects, and general tidying.

Ideal candidates for this role are reliable, honest, warm, kind, and good communicators. Proactive self-starters who create systems, take initiative, and are motivated to help a busy family run smoothly would be the perfect match. Though travel is not required for the part time role, it is strongly preferred for the 30 hour role (France for 2-3 weeks during the summer). An extensive vacation package is offered!
