A sweet family located in beautiful Back Bay is searching for a full time nanny to begin as soon as the right match is found. This role is focused on care for their 15 month old.

The schedule for this position is M-F 8:30am-6pm for a guarantee of 47.5 hours/week. Responsibilities include all aspects of childcare, including planning and facilitating developmentally appropriate and educational activities, creative play, and outings, spending time outdoors as often as the weather allows, child meals and laundry, keeping the nursery and play spaces organized, and general tidying throughout the day.

Best matches for this family are patient, loving, and passionate about working with the toddler age group. Speaking fluent toddler is definitely a plus! Candidates with prior experience working with toddlers and understanding the importance of creating engaging, fulfilling days are encouraged to apply. All candidates must have a degree in Education and/or teaching experience. The right candidate will hope to grow with the family and ensure that there are lots of opportunities for learning, exploration, and fostering independence.
