Boston (Back Bay) – Full Time Infant Nanny (30-35 hours, 3 or 4 day schedule) – August Start

A professional Back Bay family is seeking an experienced full time nanny to begin in mid-August. Care will be for an adorable baby who will be 3 months old when this position begins.

This position offers 30-35 guaranteed hours per week spread over 3-4 days, with exact schedule TBD. Willingness to work until 9pm is a must. Duties of this role include all aspects of attentive infant care, planning developmentally appropriate activities, keeping a healthy eat/sleep/play schedule, spending time outdoors as often as the weather allows, bottle preparation and sterilization, support with the transition to solids, healthy meal/snack preparation when table ready, baby laundry, keeping the nursery stocked and tidy, and general tidying throughout the day.

One parent will be in and out of the house each day, but this is an independent role. The family gravitates toward candidates who are kind, strong communicators with prior experience caring for infants. Practicing good hygiene, adhering to a no-screen policy, and being an efficient team player are crucial. Candidates must be fully vaccinated.
