- Schedule: M-F 9am-5pm (40 guaranteed hours/week)
- Travel: Optional. Long weekends in Rhode Island.
- Salary: $32-34/hr + negotiable healthcare reimbursement + a generous PTO package that includes 4 weeks of paid vacation (3 family chosen, 1 nanny chosen), plus paid sick days and paid holidays!

A wonderful family located in beautiful Back Bay is searching for a full time nanny to begin on January 5th! Care will be for their active, curious 1.5 year old son.
The schedule for this position is M-F 9am-5pm for a guarantee of 40 hours/week. This is a child-focused role and duties include maintaining a healthy schedule, getting outside on a daily basis as the Boston weather allows, planning enriching activities, child laundry/meals, child-related organizational tasks, and general tidying.
Best matches for this family are deeply trustworthy, have prior professional experience working with toddlers, and are reliable in all senses. They value creativity and someone who will fill each day with lots of exploration and new experiences! Spanish speakers are encouraged to apply. The ability to travel on occasion is preferred, but not required. Both parents work hybrid schedules and will spend some time working outside the home and some time working from their closed home office.
