Boston (South End) – Full Time Nanny (45 hours/week) – February Start

A caring, sweet South End family is searching for a patient, professional full time nanny to begin in February! They are first time parents to a baby who will be 4 months old when this position starts. The family currently doesn’t have any pets, but may get a dog in the future.

The schedule for this position is M-F 8am-5pm for a guarantee of 45 hours/week. The ability to work up to 50 hours/week when needed is required. This is a traditional baby-centric role focused on supporting growth and development, creating and maintaining a healthy eat/sleep schedule, planning home-based activities, daily outdoor time as the weather allows, and child-related housekeeping (baby laundry, sterilizing breast pump parts and bottles, food preparation when age appropriate, etc.).

Prior infant experience is required, as is seeking a long-term commitment. The family home is multiple floors, so the ability to safely navigate stairs with a baby in tow is a must. Nannies who are kind, knowledgeable, and very in tune with infant milestones are great matches for this family! Either parent may work from home in a separate, closed office space a couple of days per week. Candidates must be fully vaccinated, including a current COVID booster.
