- Driving: Driver’s license + car required. Off-street parking available. Family car available during the shift.
- Schedule: Critical coverage hours are M-F 3pm-7:30pm, but the family is willing to commit to up to 40 guaranteed hours for the right candidate (i.e. M-F 11:30am-7:30pm). Optional extra hours are available on the weekends (9am-3pm) if desired.
- Pets: 1 sweet dog (mostly outdoors, no care required)
- Salary: $35-40/hr + negotiable healthcare reimbursement

A great Winchester family is searching for a full time nanny/family assistant to begin in September! Care will be for their 5 children, ages 9, 7, 6, 4.9, and 1.5 years old. They have a dog who is mostly outdoors and does not require care.
Critical coverage hours are M-F 3pm-7:30pm, but the family is willing to commit to up to 40 guaranteed hours for the right candidate (i.e. M-F 11:30am-7:30pm). Optional extra hours are available on the weekends (9am-3pm) if desired. There is a divide and conquer approach to the day, with a parent sharing care and driving responsibilities. Primary direct childcare will be for the two youngest, in addition to local transportation and overseeing homework for the two oldest. Optional additional tasks include laundry support, family errands, basic meal preparation, and organization projects.
