Boston (Back Bay) – Full Time Infant Nanny (40-45 hours/week) – January Start (flexible)

A dual career family located in Back Bay is searching for a full time nanny to begin in late 2025 or early 2026. They are expecting their first child in mid-October!

The best schedule will be determined by the parents but will be 40 guaranteed hours/week scheduled M-F between 8am and 5:30pm. They are open to guaranteeing up to 45 hours/week for the right match! This is a baby-centric role and includes all aspects of attentive newborn care, planning developmentally appropriate activities based on infant milestones, creating and maintaining a healthy sleep/feeding schedule, getting outdoors as the weather permits, bottle preparation and sterilization, educated support with the transition to solids, healthy meal/snack preparation when table ready, baby laundry, and keeping the nursery well stocked, clean, and organized. Any additional support with household laundry or meal preparation would be appreciated, but is not an expectation. There is a sweet mini-Dachshund in the home who may require a quick potty break midday.

Prior extensive professional experience caring for infants is required. The family is excited to meet candidates who are communicative, collaborative, and kind. They are focused on interviewing candidates with an extensive nanny history (multiyear placements or multiple families for 1-3 years each). Loving dogs is an important quality as he is an integral part of the family! The flexibility to travel on occasion is a bonus. Candidates must be fully vaccinated, including a current T-dap vaccine. Willingness to stay up to date on COVID boosters/yearly flu vaccines is a plus.
