Cambridge – Two Rotational Nannies – ASAP Start

A Cambridge client located in beautiful Harvard Square is looking to hire two full time nannies to provide 24/7 care for their 9 month old daughter as soon as possible. They value someone who is a star at planning activities. Prior infant experience is required, as is being comfortable with continuous care schedules. LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY.

The family is seeking 24/7 care and is flexible with how the days/hours are divided whether that is based on a traditional ROTA arrangement of 7 days on/7 days off, or each working 3.5 days around the clock (splitting each week with one nanny working Sunday morning through Wednesday afternoon and one nanny working Wednesday afternoon through Sunday morning – specific transition days can be flexible based on candidate preference). Primary focus is on providing infant care, along with traditional child-related housekeeping responsibilities such as baby laundry, bottle washing, children’s meal preparation, keeping the nursery clean/tidy, and light organization projects. One parent travels regularly for work and the other is not working, so the willingness to have a collaborative approach at times is needed.

Accommodations include a 3rd floor nanny suite while on duty, and a private basement level apartment with a separate entrance if the candidate prefers to live in during off duty days. Optional travel opportunities and a competitive benefits package are offered for the right match.
