Wayland – Full Time Nanny (35 or 41 hours/week) – ASAP Start

A kind and caring dual career family in Wayland is seeking an adventure-loving, empathetic, creative nanny to begin ASAP! They have 2 children, ages 5.5 and 3.9, who attend full and morning programs respectively.

The schedule for this position is M-Th 7:30am-5:45pm for a guarantee of 41 hours/week. A 7am start will be required a few times per month when dad travels (with notice). There is an alternate schedule option of M-F 10:45am-5:45pm with occasional early morning support requests for a 35 hour guarantee if candidate prefers. Key responsibilities are child-centric and include getting the boys ready in the morning, bringing them to/from school/camps, researching and planning activities and outings, lots of outdoor time, and managing the daily routine. Children’s laundry, keeping children’s bedrooms/play spaces organized and tidy, and children’s snack/meal preparation during nap time is requested. As time allows, help unloading grocery deliveries, the occasional family errand, and/or simple family meal support (when the boys are in school) would be much appreciated. In September, both children will have more hours in school, so the ideal candidate will be open to providing additional household support at that time.
