Boston (Back Bay) – Full Time Household Manager/Nanny (40 hours/week) – September Start (flexible)

A busy Back Bay family is searching for a full time household manager/nanny to begin in September, with flexibility for the right person to start anytime during the month. They have 3 children, ages 9.5, 5.5, and 3, and this role is a 50/50 mix of household support and childcare.

This position’s start times are flexible, with coverage needed until 7pm M-Th and until 6pm on F, for a guarantee of 40 hours/week. Start time is based on candidate preference, with the individual creating their preferred routine to best meet the family’s needs on a daily basis. Optional date night hours are available on Thursday nights. Key responsibilities at the start of each day include healthy children’s snack/meal preparation, household laundry, family errands (grocery shopping, making returns, running to the dry cleaners’, etc.), inventory management (ordering and receiving deliveries), organization projects, researching children’s activities, and managing the family calendar. The latter part of the day includes school pick ups, transportation to extracurriculars, arranging/hosting playdates, overseeing homework, and going through the dinner/evening routine.

Short domestic travel opportunities are available throughout the year. A safe driving record is a must!
