Weston – Full Time Nanny/Household Manager (30-35 hours/week) – ASAP Start

A busy family located in beautiful Weston is searching for a full time nanny/household manager to begin as soon as the right match is found. You’ll work with 3 children, ages 11, 7.5, and 6.5.

The schedule for this position is Tu-F 2pm-8pm, plus 5-6 hours on Saturday morning for a guarantee of 30 hours/week. The ability to work up to 35 hours/week when needed is desired. Occasional overnights are required, the ability to stay later some Friday nights or work earlier on no school days is desired. Duties include simple children’s meal preparation, light family laundry support, family dishes, loading/unloading the dishwasher, errands, grocery shopping, help with the recycling and trash, taking the car for maintenance, keeping household items stocked, as needed organizational projects, maintaining the shared family calendar, school and activity drop offs and pick ups, and general tidying.

Ideal candidates are professional, organized, and active, plus approach every day with a positive, can-do attitude. The family has a home on Cape Cod and spend several weeks there every summer, so willingness to to work 3-4 day weeks at their Cape home is required. This is a three child household, so the ability to manage schedules and get everyone where they need to be on time is key. Candidates must be fully vaccinated and willing to receive a yearly flu shot and future COVID boosters.
