Wilmington – Live In Nanny (40 hours/week) – ASAP Start

A kindhearted Wilmington family is searching for a calm, but active live in nanny to begin as soon as possible. You’ll have the joy of working with two sweet boys, ages 4 and 1.5. The oldest child has a peanut allergy, so this is a nut-free home. Accommodations include a third floor living space with a private bathroom (no kitchenette). A covered parking spot is also provided.

The schedule for this position is M-F 12pm-8pm for a guarantee of 40 hours per week. The ability to work longer hours on no school/sick days would be appreciated, plus occasional overnights are required. Duties include all aspects of childcare, going on outings, planning developmentally appropriate activities, managing the afternoon routine and naptime, and spending time outdoors as often as the Massachusetts weather allows. Other responsibilities include children’s meal preparation, children’s laundry, organizational projects related to the kids, and general tidying.

Attention to detail and reliability are important components of this position, especially when it comes to being on high alert for products that contain nuts.
