Weston – Full Time Driver/Property Manager (40+ hours/week) – September Start

An ultra high net worth family who is currently in Boston, but will be moving to Weston in October, is searching for a private driver/property manager to begin on September 2nd. There are 5 people (2 adults, 3 children), plus 2 dogs living in their 12,200 sq ft primary home that has 7 beds and 9 baths (7 full, 2 half), spread across 4 levels. Two additional smaller homes on the property will be completed in early 2026. They spend summers at their home in Mashpee.

The base schedule for this position is M-F 8:30/9am-5pm with some evening shifts required. A car is needed to arrive at the family home, but there is a car provided for work purposes. Duties of the role include driving the client to/from work and/or an event when needed. Property management tasks include being the point person for household staff and all things household related, coordinating all home maintenance in tandem for their 3 Weston properties (on site), including overseeing carpentry, heat/HVAC systems, landscaping, plowing, pool and gym maintenance, cleaning service, etc.

Prior experience as a private driver is required and experience with property management is preferred. Ideal candidates for this role are 100% available, professional, organized, proactive, and trustworthy. Time efficiency is key as the main property spans over 12,000 sq ft and requires the ability to set and maintain a proper schedule. This is a fully staffed household, so the ability to work well alongside other employees is important. There is a slightly lighter schedule in the summer, however, driving to Mashpee is required and flexibility with scheduling is preferred.
