Jamaica Plain – Two Toddler Nannies (33-40 hours/week) – Late June/July 1st Start

A dual physician family who is relocating to Jamaica Plain in mid-June is searching for two professional full time nannies to begin in late June or July 1st! You’ll care for their 1.5 year old daughter who loves going on adventures, delights in helping in the kitchen, and is very curious about the world around her.

Coverage is needed Monday through Saturday from 6am-7pm, with an occasional swap of Saturday coverage to Sunday coverage. Each role is anticipated to be approximately 35 hours/week, with schedule division based on candidate hiring. An example of possible schedule division is nanny 1 covering M-W and nanny 2 covering Th-Sat, but the family is open to different scheduling configurations. This role is child-centric and duties include all aspects of attentive toddler care, implementing developmentally appropriate, curriculum-based activities, encouraging exploration and creativity, planning daily outings and adventures, spending time outdoors as the weather permits, healthy child snack and meal preparation, household laundry, keeping track of household items, accepting and putting away delivery orders, organizational projects pertaining to the toddler (toys, clothes, etc.), and general tidying throughout the day.

The ability to work out scheduling issues with your counterpart nanny for this role is preferred, but being a team player is a must.
