Our Placement Packages

A $500 retainer fee is required at the time of consult and will be applied to your total placement fee at the time of hire. The placement fee is calculated based on the private educator’s total QUARTERLY gross salary (School-year/Short Term) or the total annual gross salary (Long Term).

Placement Fee

Of the employee’s total quarterly gross compensation package.
($2250 minimum per quarter)

Private Educator (School-year/Short Term) Placement benefits include:

  • In-depth Client Consultation.
  • Criminal Background Investigation.
  • Employer/Employee work agreement.
  • Unlimited support for the life of the placement.

Private Educator Placement (Long Term)

Placement Fee

20%

Of the employee’s total gross annual compensation package.
($6500 minimum)

Private Educator Placement (Long Term) benefits include:

  • In-depth Client Consultation.
  • 180 day free-replacement period.
  • Criminal Background Investigation.
  • Employer/Employee work agreement.
  • Unlimited support for the life of the placement.
  • Non-Disclosure Agreement (upon request).
  • Year end review and contract renewal.
