Winchester – Full Time Nanny/Household Manager (35 or 40 hours/week) – ASAP Start

A busy Winchester family is searching for a full time nanny/household manager to join them beginning ASAP! This is a truly mixed role of household management during the earlier part of the day, then shifting gears to care for the family’s wonderful 8 and 6 year old children.

The schedule for this position is M-F 9:30/10:30am-5:30pm for a guarantee of 35 or 40 hours/week (candidate’s choice). While the children are at school, duties will consist of grocery shopping, errands (post office runs, dry cleaning, etc.), family/household laundry, organizing children’s areas, household organization projects (organizing linen closet, putting winter coats away, seasonal tasks, etc.), and general tidying. After picking the children up from school, duties include going on outings, providing lots of enriching activities to do together, packing/unpacking backpacks, making healthy snacks and lunches, and simple family meal preparation 3-4 days per week.

Candidates who are mature, energetic, kind, and proactive and prove to be great role models are the ideal matches for this family! Bilingual abilities are a bonus. The family is hopeful to meet someone with a “get it done” approach who can help their household run smoothly each and every day. There is a pool on the premises, so comfort with swimming and playing in the water is a must. Candidates must be fully vaccinated, including the COVID vaccine and booster (when applicable).
