Winchester – Full Time Nanny/Household Manager (36 hours/week) – ASAP Start

A busy Winchester family is looking for a punctual, flexible full time nanny/household manager to join them beginning when the right match is found! Care will be for the family’s funny 4 year old son and adventurous 1 year old daughter. Comfort with pets is preferred, as some days there will be one small hypoallergenic dog in the home for which no care is required.

The schedule for this position is Tu-Th 7:30am-7:30pm for a guarantee of 36 hours/week. Childcare duties include managing the morning routine for both children, getting them ready and off to school, then picking them up in the afternoon to spend the rest of the day together doing developmentally stimulating activities, going on outings, and spending time having fun outdoors. Around the house, duties include breakfast cleanup, packing children’s lunches, snack preparation, simple family meal preparation, loading/unloading the dishwasher, grocery shopping, household errands, household laundry support, organizational tasks (keeping the fridge organized and well stocked, etc.), and general tidying of spaces used throughout the day.

The family is thrilled to meet nannies who are calm, patient, and love to spend time engaging with the children. Keeping track of developmental milestones, staying vigilant about safety, and fostering independence within the children as they grow are important! Those who are savvy with technology, enjoy taking initiative, and communicate effectively are great matches for this role. Montessori experience is a bonus! Candidates must be fully vaccinated, including the COVID vaccine.
