Weston – Full Time Nanny (40 hours/week) – ASAP Start (flexible)

An organized Weston family is searching for a long term nanny to join their family beginning as soon as the right match is found. Care is mainly focused on the family’s infant (4 months) and toddler (3 years), though the family’s teenage daughter may need the occasional pick up or drop off.

The schedule for this position is M-F 11am-7pm for 40 guaranteed hours/week. This role is mostly collaborative as mom stays at home. Days should be focused on assisting with attentive, loving care for the youngest two children. Responsibilities include planning developmentally appropriate activities, going on lots of fun outings, getting outdoors as often as possible, facilitating the naptime routine, following a healthy daily schedule, and organizational tasks related to the children. Other duties include bottle preparation and sterilization, simple children’s meal and snack preparation, children’s laundry, assisting with the evening routine, general tidying, and confirming that everything is in its place before the end of the shift.

A positive, upbeat demeanor with a strong sense of intuition is the best match for this family! Comfort in working alongside a stay at home mom is important, alongside a keen eye for detail and a schedule-oriented nature. Prior nanny experience is required! Ideal candidates will understand the importance of setting limits with empathy and encourage age appropriate independence and resiliency. Those who are open to traveling up to 2-3 weeks per year are encouraged to apply, though this is not a requirement. Candidates must be fully vaccinated, including the COVID vaccine and booster.
