Wellesley – Full Time Nanny (40 hours/week) – May/June Start

A family who sincerely values collaboration is looking for a full time nanny to join them beginning in late May or early June! Days will be spent with an active, very sweet 2.5 year old and a smiley nearly 1 year old. They hope to meet someone who is communicative and patient with a focus on the children’s wellbeing and development.

The schedule for this position is M-F 9am-5pm for a guarantee of 40 hours/week! This will begin as a collaborative role, but the ability to manage both children at once is a must. Duties are child-centric and include going on educational outings and adventures, carefully and thoughtfully planning out developmentally appropriate activities, bottle preparation and sterilization, simple children’s meal preparation, children’s laundry, and general tidying of spaces used throughout the day.

Nannies with a naturally warm demeanor who are creative in the ways they approach childcare and plan activities are great matches for this sweet family! Comfort in dividing and conquering responsibilities with mom is important as she strives to build an open, communicative, stress-free relationship when approaching care. Prior experience with infants, toddlers, and preschoolers is ideal! Candidates must be fully vaccinated, including the COVID vaccine and booster (when applicable).
