Wellesley – Experienced UHNW/Travel Nanny ($125k+/year) – Early 2026 Start (flexible)

Additional Information:

An ultra high net worth client in Wellesley is searching for a full time nanny to add to their caregiver team beginning as soon as possible, with flexibility throughout early 2026. Care is for 3 children under age 6. This role includes a PTO package with 25 paid days off for vacation time, sick time, and floating days in lieu of holidays. A monthly healthcare stipend is provided, as are merit-based bonuses.

The exact schedule will be created with the new hire, but it must include weekends (full days both Sat/Sun at least 50% of the time). Shifts are scheduled between 7am and 9pm with most days including a 10 hour shift. Once established, this schedule will be consistent when the family is not traveling. All candidates must have full week availability as this client has multiple properties (domestic and international), and they consistently travel to other destinations throughout the year. Travel opportunities will be shared by the nanny team, with each averaging about 7-10 non-consecutive weeks of travel per year.

The priority for this role is childcare for all 3 children. The older children attend preschool during the day and the youngest will begin a program in the fall. Responsibilities include activity planning, outings, transportation, children’s laundry, and children’s snack/meal preparation. This is an independent position with more of a divide and conquer approach with parents during the dinner and bedtime routines. A full time housekeeper also works in the home and there is a dog who will need occasional walks.

It is expected that the new hire will build a true partnership with the family’s current long-term nanny to provide continuous support to the client, which includes managing their individual schedules to switch days/hours when needed for personal appointments, vacation time, and to share the workload on holidays. A family car is provided at all residences, but a commuter vehicle is needed to arrive at the family home each day.

Requirements:

• Prior professional full time nanny experience in high net worth or ultra high net worth households
• An undergraduate or graduate degree in a child-related field (Montessori background is a bonus)
• A valid US passport
• Up to date vaccination status
• Clean driving record
• Permanent residence/home base in Massachusetts (this is NOT a fly in/fly out position)
