Wayland – Full Time Nanny/Household Manager (30-35 hours/week) – ASAP Start

A busy Wayland family is looking to welcome an experienced nanny/household manager to their family beginning ASAP! They have 3 children, ages 12, 10, and 9, as well as an adorable Cavalier King Charles Spaniel and a Field Spaniel who are friendly and require no care.

The schedule for this position is M-F 11:30am-5:30/6:30pm for a guarantee of 30 or 35 hours/week. The most crucial hours of each day are 12pm-4pm. Child-related duties include getting the children off the bus in the afternoon, facilitating after school activities, providing homework support when needed, ensuring there is time to play, getting backpacks and children’s lunches in order, and children’s laundry. Household duties include accepting grocery deliveries, running errands, home organization projects, keeping track of items that need replenishment, and general tidying. The amount of household management will vary based on how many hours per week are agreed upon.

Ideal candidates are calm, yet confident and love to have fun and stay active with 3 adventurous children. It is key that candidates have a great track record with communication, and the ability to keep 3 children with varying personalities on task throughout the day. Experience with ADHD and special education is strongly desired and a patient and thoughtful approach will work best in this household. The family is excited to meet someone who is fully vaccinated (including COVID and booster when eligible) and shares their enthusiasm and love for pets.
