Sherborn – Full Time Nanny/Household Manager (30 hours/week) – Summer Start

A lovely Sherborn family is seeking a full time nanny/household manager to begin this summer, when the right match is found! You’ll joyfully work with a creative 9 year old who loves the performing arts and an outgoing, inquisitive 7 year old who both attend school until the early afternoon.

The base schedule for this position is M/W/Th 12pm-7pm, Tu 2pm-7pm, and F 2pm-6pm for a guarantee of 30 hours/week, though flexibility is possible for the right match! An end time of 6pm is possible on M/Th and an end time of 5:30pm is possible on Fridays. The nanny’s responsibilities include getting the children off the bus each day, assisting with or supporting the afternoon routine, preparing a snack and dinner, transportation to extracurricular activities, and planning fun outings as time permits! Additional duties include household laundry support (towels) approximately twice per week, keeping the children’s bedrooms and play areas tidy and organized, grocery shopping, organizational tasks, and making sure everything is in its place at the end of the day.

Both parents work a hybrid schedule, spending some days in office and some days working from home. Their perfect match is someone who is nurturing, fun, and playful, all the while still being organized and focused on creating a special bond with both children! Strong communication is valued in this household, so comfort with communicating about the day and how things are going is essential. Candidates must be fully vaccinated, including the COVID vaccine and booster (when applicable).
