Sherborn – Full Time Nanny (35-40 hours/week) – ASAP Start

A family located in beautiful Sherborn is seeking a full time nanny to begin as soon as the right match is found. They have 2 children, a 2.5 year old daughter and a 6 month old son. The older child attends a morning program on certain days.

The ideal schedule for this position is Tu-F 8am-6pm for a guarantee of 40 hours/week. The family is open to a 35 hour schedule if preferred by the candidate and they otherwise have flexibility for the right match. This is a mixed role, though most of the time will be focused on care for the children with the remaining time being used to pitch in wherever needed. Childcare duties include all aspects of infant care, including planning developmentally appropriate activities, fostering enrichment, bottle preparation and sterilization, picking up the older child from school, healthy children’s snack/meal prep, children’s laundry, and tidying the children’s bedrooms. Household duties include organizational projects, family errands (without the children in tow), packing for trips, and assisting with tasks as needed.
