North Shore/Cape Cod – Rotational Nanny ($105k+/year) – Late March Start

A high net worth family who will soon be relocating to Massachusetts is looking for a rotational nanny to join their team beginning by late March! This role will begin in Los Angeles, shift to the family’s Cape Cod home during the summer months, then transition to their primary residence on the North Shore. This position will be focused on the family’s 5 year old twins with a 24/7 schedule of 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off (including some holidays).

This household is fully staffed with two parents and six children who have two nannies dedicated to each age group. Working as a team is crucial, as is the ability to provide the family with seamless support. Duties include transportation (a family car is provided), activity planning, arranging/hosting playdates, and children’s meal preparation/children’s laundry for the rotational nanny’s individual charges. This position is live in while working (private, separate accommodations are provided on the family’s property) and live out during off weeks. The family is open to considering candidates who will fly in for their work weeks, then fly out.

The power of play and the importance of a good sense of humor in creating an environment of love, joy, and fun where children can thrive is of utmost importance to this family! They are most excited to meet candidates who are emotionally intelligent, collaborative, and recognize the value in teaching children how to be kind and respectful. The ability to swim and strong driving skills are a must. A love of skiing is a bonus! Intermittent travel throughout the year is required, both domestic and international. Candidates must be fully vaccinated, including the COVID vaccine and booster (when applicable).
