Needham – Full Time Nanny (35 hours/week – 3 day schedule) – ASAP Start (flexible)

A lovely family in beautiful Needham is looking for a proactive, long-term nanny to begin when the right match is found! They have 3 children, ages 5.5, 3.5, and 2, who all attend school programs during the day.

This position’s proposed base schedule is M/Th 6:30am-6:30pm and F 6:30am-5:30pm for a guarantee of 35 hours/week. Friday can be switched to another day if preferred. After getting the children ready for school in the morning and taking care of school drop offs, duties will shift to household support, including preparing their lunches and snacks for the day, tidying and organizing children’s rooms and play spaces, household errands, putting away grocery deliveries, keeping household items well stocked, simple children’s meal preparation, and children’s laundry. The nanny will also be responsible for afternoon pick ups, then managing the afternoon routine which should include activities and outings.

One parent works from home most days in a dedicated, separate office space. Those who are successful with working in a multi-child household and are naturally attentive, patient, and kind are just who this family can’t wait to meet! The ability to maintain boundaries while assisting the children to navigate big feelings with a thoughtful, caring approach is top priority. Candidates must be fully vaccinated, including the COVID vaccine and booster.
