Needham – Full Time Nanny/Household Assistant (up to 40 hours/week) – ASAP Start

A busy family located in cozy Needham is looking for an experienced, confident nanny/household assistant to join them beginning ASAP! This is a mixed role where half the day will be spent on household tasks and the other half will be focused on the children and their routines after school. This family offers a very generous compensation and PTO package and is very excited to find the right match!

The base schedule for this position is 35 hours/week, scheduled Tu-Th 1:30pm-7:30pm, F 12:30pm-7:30pm, and Sat 8:30am-6:30pm (open to up to 40 guaranteed hours/week – schedule must include at least 1 full weekend day). The family is flexible for the right match! Weekday shifts begin with dedicated household support hours while the children are in school programs and include family laundry, children’s meal preparation, packing lunches, loading/unloading the dishwasher, receiving/unpacking deliveries, and/or running errands. Once the children are home from school, the day will shift to childcare and going through the afternoon and evening routines. Some transportation for 1-2 children is requested and a majority of hours on weekends and in the evenings will be focused on dividing and conquering with a parent to meet each child’s needs. On average, there is one evening per week where the caregiver will have all 3 children at once.
