Marblehead – Part Time Housekeeper (15-20 hours/week) – ASAP Start

An adventurous Marblehead family is looking for a part time housekeeper to join their family beginning ASAP! The exact start date is flexible. There are 4 people (2 adults and 2 children) that live in this 5,000 square foot home. The family also has 2 friendly dogs.

The base schedule for this position is M/W/F 8/8:30am-1/1:30pm for a guarantee of 15 hours/week. If interested in more hours, a 4th day can be added to the schedule for a max of 20 guaranteed hours/week. Duties include full housekeeping of the family’s home that has 4 levels of living (5 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, and 4 half bathrooms), including a full basement that is used as the children’s playroom and an upper level workout room. The housekeeper will be responsible for all household laundry, changing bed linens on a weekly basis, and occasional extra projects (washing dog bed covers, wiping pollen away from the covered porch, etc.). For a max of 20 hours, household assistant duties would be added and include family errands and grocery shopping. Meal preparation is optional.

Comfort with pets is a must. Ideal matches are friendly, professional, attentive to detail, and reliable. Both parents work mostly from home and there is a full time nanny in the home, as well, so comfort with other adults being around is key. Candidates must be fully vaccinated, including the COVID vaccine and booster (when applicable).
