Concord – Full Time Live In OR Live Out Nanny (43.5 hours/week) – January Start

A sweet and kind family in Concord is searching for a live in or live out nanny to begin in January! They have three children, ages 5, 3, and 1. If interested in the live in variation of this position, accommodations include a wonderful carriage house, fully separate from the rest of the family’s living space.

The schedule for this position is M-Th 8:30am-5:45pm and F 8:30am-3pm for a 43.5 guaranteed hours/week. As the oldest two children attend school and a morning program respectively, mom or dad most often manage drop off, but the nanny may need to take care of drop off and pick up on occasion. Days should be spent finding and planning activities for all of the children, going on awesome outdoor adventures as the weather allows, children’s meal preparation, household organization, and the occasional errand. Simple family meal support and/or the occasional overnight shift would be appreciated, but are not required.

Travel alongside the family for 4-6 weeks each summer is required. They own a gorgeous home in Maine’s Acadia National Park and would like someone to join them during their visits there. Staying for the full duration of time is ideal, but they are open to discussion on how to plan for this travel. An additional week or two of travel to other locations throughout the year is preferred, though not required.

This family is incredibly active and loves to hike, bike, and go skiing, so finding someone who has an interest in or passion for these types of activities would be a dream come true! They hope their nanny will stay with them for years to come and be a part of their family. Best matches are accountable, full of integrity, and have a great sense of humor. Experience with multiple children and a silly, fun, loving approach with them is desired. They are excited to meet candidates with a history of multiple placements in a similar role! Both parents work from home full time in separate, closed offices. Candidates must be fully vaccinated.
